The Rise Initiative is a community of like-minded people dedicated to becoming safer, strong-bodied, and self-confident through strategically designed training and support. We specialize in using Krav Maga, Kickboxing, and Functional Fitness to help you achieve the results you're looking for! Our coaching style focuses on motivation, encouragement, and a step-by-step approach to ensure success in your transformative rise!

Our Mission

To help everyday people recognize and activate the power they already possess - to become safer, stronger, and more confident through principle-based training. We believe transformation is reserved for anyone willing to show up, commit, and rise!  Through Krav Maga, Kickboxing, and Functional Fitness, we deliver strategic, supportive coaching that builds real-world capability, mental resilience, and lasting self-belief.

What Makes Us Different

We don't do dojos, belts, rituals, or intimidation. We do results, community, and clarity.  The Rise Initiative breaks down barriers with adaptive, inclusive training formats designed for real life - not just the gym. Our coaching is motivational, purposeful, and step-by-step, ensuring every client - from beginners to seasoned members - feels seen, supported, and challenged. We fuse modern self-defense with functional fitness to create a space where transformation is practical, empowering, and deeply personal. We do it all while staying fiercely diligent, locally rooted, and unapologetically bold.

We don’t do dojos. Our classes run inside TBM Strength & Conditioning—Lancaster's premier performance gym with a large athletic turf area built for movement, impact, and intensity. It’s the perfect space for striking, conditioning, and self-defense that actually translates to real life.
